waiver

my fiancee and i wanna get married as soon as possible.he just got divorced his ex wife.on aril 24.do we need to get a waiver for the 30 days waiting period or she.we don't have time to wait 30 more days neither can she.what should we do to get married right away?please help me

You can get married. It's just not valid until 30 days have passed. Then it's legal.
