Waiver of Service
My Wife has asked for the following language to be included in the Waiver of Service. What does this mean.
�I agree that the case may be decided by the presiding Judge of the Court or by a duly appointed Associate Judge of the Court.
�I want to be notified of any hearing or trial of this case.
�I request the court not to enter any orders or judgement not signed by me or without my receiving prior written notice of the date, time, and place of any proceedings.

Re: Waiver of Service
It means your wife does not care which Judge hears any hearings or trial of the case or the entry of the divorce if you are in agreement (many Court's have the main Judge and an associate Judge); that your wife will have to prove you got notice of the date, time and reason for any hearings or the final trial or entry; and that the Court shouldn't sign anything unless you are there or she can prove you had valid notice of what was going on.
