Waiver of Situation
In a divorcee proceeding, the form ''waiver of Situation'', what is the purpose of this form?

A waiver of citation generally does more than simply waive formal service of the papers. Litigants are entitled to be handed a notice of the lawsuit. They may waive that right. They may also waive other rights and simplify the granting of a divorce. Your local county law library may well have forms you need to do your own divorce, but I generally think people are better served by retaining counsel.
