Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I wanted to get my kids back since my wife left after she got out from jail for domestic violence while the kids are sick and then came back after three weeks and file for divorce and i lost my job because of what she did and now her sister is helping her out to get everything from me including my kids. Any advice I can get would be great. I try to get a lawyer but I just don't have any money for it and I don't want to give her my kids because she has a history of abuse and neglect to the kids.
