If I wanted to marry a girl (here on a work and travel program from Moldova), what would be the process of the marriage and average cost of marriage in these cases?

Apply for a marriage license and get married. If both of you can prove your identity and age to the county clerk, you can get a license and you can get married. This is not a special case--and being married will not automatically give her the right to stay in the US once her visa expires.
