Need help now!
Hello,
I wanted to know what should I do if the mother of my child and I want to go our seperate ways. The way she is acting is making me want to sign over my Parental rights. What should I do? I want to be with my child but I want nothing to do with his mom. She doesnt want me to be with my child if im involved with someone else but she is about to be married. What should I do?

You can't unilaterally "sign over" your parental rights. They can only be terminated by petition and order of the court. Most courts will not terminate parental rights unless there is another parent to step in and take over. Your only hope is that the mother's new husband will seek to adopt the child. Then you would be out of the child's life legally. As to what you should do, I think you should be a real man and be responsible for your child.
