Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If i wanted my 29 year old daughter to enroll my son into a different school could i just get an authorization agreement for nonparent relative or voluntary caregiver signed by also by the father and get it notarized. Will my daughter be able to enroll him.

Ask the school district about this. If they'll let you get away with this, then it will work.
