Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was wanting to know if my fiance can get child support through the attorney general. He has been divorced for about 2 and half years and is now wanting to get child support. In the divorce decree all it says is: IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that no child support order shall be issued, as the parties agree that no such support is required. The court finds this agreement to be in the best interests of the children. What would the court costs be to have child support enforced? thank you so much for your time and knowledge!!

He will first have to get the decree modified. In other words, there's nothing to be "enforced" at the present time, since child support wasn't ordered.

I assume that there's been some change in circumstances - Mom has a new job?

The Attorney General might help you, but they are extremely slow and inefficient.
