Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am wanting to modify a current court order by signing my nephews over to my mother, what process should I take? It would be Texas.

I assume that you are a legal custodian of these children. The court of continuing jurisdiction is where you would start. You need to talk to a family law attorney in your county. Go back to the attorney that you used before or look on this website or www.avvo.com for an attorney.

A judge would have to approve a change of custody for these children.
