Who's watching the child?

I have sole custody of my 5 year old son. My exwife was granted visitation. She has remarried (to a man who was acquitted of two counts of child molestation) and is now 11 weeks pregnant. She is Bipolar and is not taking her medication and now claims that she is on total bed rest and can not be left alone...Doctors orders. After a recent visit with his mom, my son informed me that mommy spanked him with a belt and the step-dad spanked him with a shoe and that mommy burned him with her cigarette and that mommy said that it was his fault because he was not paying attention. I am really uncomfortable with my son spending every other week with her through the summer. What can I do?

Go for a court order to modify visitation and get the child into a psychologist to be able to prove your position. Unless you want your child in this environment again, you better get a lawyer to help you.
