weekend custody starting dates

I am trying to plan a calendar of my ex's weekend visitation schedule. If a Friday is in one month and the Saturday and Sunday are in the next month, is that one of his weekends? He gets 1st, 3rd and 5th wkends.

Your document should NOT state "weekends". It should state the first, third and fifth Friday of each month.

You need a specific date, time and place in order for the visitation to be enforceable.

Please review your final documents again. It should be specific!

If not, your document was NOT prepared properly.
