Widower wanting to get re-married

What paperwork do I need to have to receive a marriage license? My second wife passed away and I am not sure what all is involved with this.

If you plan to remarry in Bexar County, they have an excellent online presence, that details the documents necessary to obtain a marriage license. At the least, you are going to need a copy of your wife's death certificate.

If you are going to remarry in a different county, contact the county clerk's office of that county. They will advise you of what to provide.
