My wife
My wife had 2 afairs.. and was caught taking drugs (x drug). we have 3 kids.. she signed herself in a hosp.
1) I would like a divorce from her.
2) Can I take my kids to NY this weekend to see their grandmother shes turning 70 and theres a party.
3) what are my chances here??
4) can I get a nanny.. I was told I should not!

Your questions were very vague. However, I will try to answer.
If there is no court order, you can take your kids anywhere you want.
I don't know who told you not to hire a nanny.
If you are leaving small children home alone, a nanny (or whatever) is better than leaving them home alone.
What are you chances here? - I have no idea what that means.
