Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife has 6 cats and 5 dogs she does not take care of. how do I force her to get rid of them with out a divorce

Pack up the animals, take them to the shelter and leave them there, and tell your wife that you don't know what happened.

I am being somewhat facetious.

Tell her that you don't plan to take care of the animals, and she obviously doesn't want to. Tell her that on Saturday, you intend to take them to the local animal shelter so that they can have a good home. And then do it.
