Wife cheats and I have 2 kids. Can I have full custody of my kids?

You need to meet in person with an experienced family law attorney and discuss your options. The attorney will need a lot more details in order to give you legal advice.
The limited information you provided is not enough to answer your question. Sorry!
Generally, you and the mother of the children will co-parent the raising of these children for the rest of their lives. Even if you divorce, you will both still be the parents of these children.
Her behavior (adultery) generally becomes relevant regarding property division. You could be entitled to a disproportionate share of the community estate (say 55-45 or 60-40 -- but never 100% - 0%)
However if she is "behaving badly" or doing "bad things" then a judge could limit her access to the children.
I hope this information is somewhat helpful.
