EX wife collecting Support after son is emancipated

My Ex is colleeting support even through my son has moved out of her house and is working, what legal options do I have against her.

they reside in TX but the order is from NY

Re: EX wife collecting Support after son is emancipated

You would have to petition the court for emancipation. Prior to a decision of the court declaring emancipation there is little that you may do.
