Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex wife is trying to take me to court for more child support. Can she ask for the past 3 years of tax returns and what is the most (percentage wise) that they can take out of my check?

Your ex can generally get financial records as far back as the date of the entry of the order to be modified. The amount of net income used for the calculation would be what you are presently earning. The percentage applied to the net would dpend upon how many children you have that you are paying child support for.
