My wife and I are getting a divorce While married I purchased a vehicle I make all the payments and its in my name I let her use it to transport my 4yr old daughter around can she legally keep the car

You and she can legally reach any agreement you wish, provided it is in your daughter's best interest; and the Judge is likely to approve it. Agreements such as this require very specific language to be clear, enforceable, and protect your interests. You may want to consider retaining an attorney to reduce your agreement to an enforceable Order.
