Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and I divorced in September 25, 2012. I agreed to pay her $100 per week for 1 year and pay for her car that she wants to be able to keep with her and own after it is paid off. She is now getting remarried. I agreed to the terms because I know of her financial hardship, but now she is living with and being supported by a man who is fully capable of taking care of her. Is there anyway I can leagally stop making car payments for her after she remarries?

I have not read your decree but based on what you wrote you are stuck with what you agreed to do. It does not appear that you have an "out". If you had an attorney representing you, please contact your attorney to discuss in further depth.
