Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my wife got divorced over year now. My 11 year old daughter lives with her. Can she have man or boyfriend spend nights at her house.

In your decree does it state that neither of you is allowed to have a person spend the night if you are involved in a dating or romantic relationship or an unrelated visitor of the opposite sex spend the night - both wordings are used these days in legal documents?

If not, then it's allowed.
