Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Ex wife, divorced now six years. Left the country of domicile of 20 years to return to TX and got a divorce judgement. She published in a local newspaper and I did not appear. Court ordered me to sign a loan paper to repay her $200,000 with 10% interest and payable on demand. I was medically incapeable to travel with Four Doctors letters statements after removing three cervical vertibrae from my neck. I have never signed anything in the matter. is there a time when this expires or does it cover all 50 states? Here in the country where I STILL live, she lost all rights to any claim.
