Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
my ex wife fired her babysitter due to no fault of the sitter then refused to pay her what she had already worked for the week, the sitter turned to me for help, i paid the fees and had it notarized on the reciept, how do i submit this to the court to get my money back and force her to pay it?

Sure you can. However, you might not get your money back.
If I had been you, I would have encouraged the babysitter to sue the mom in small claims court or filed with the Tx Employment Commission.
