Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My wife left me for anoher man a week from yesterday and took our 2 year old son with her. I found out that she was cheating by way of pictures from an outside source. She had her parents pay for her an attorney and serve me a restraining order and divorce papers.....well today i have a court hearing and i can't afford a lawyer and i have no idea what I'm doing the paperwork doesn't specify how much child support i have to pay or what days i will get to see him...any words of advice very appreciated!

The first advice I'd give you is: Get a lawyer. Sell a kidney if you have to, but get a lawyer. There are 800 things you need to know, deadlines that are important, rules of evidence that come into play, and it can make a difference in (a) how much child support you're forced to pay and (b) whether or not you have decent access to your son, or any access at all.
If you haven't had the hearing yet, I'd suggest that, at the first setting, you should ask for a continuance - tell the Judge you need time to hire a lawyer.
