Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my wife left my daughter and i and i filed for divorce immediatly....i got the protective order, and she still came and stole my truck. The police say they cant do a thing, but now i know her friend is driving it around dallas and she is parting out the stereo.....what can i do?

Do you not have a lawyer? You need one if you don't; as your attorney can go straight back into court and establish her violation of the protective order.
