Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My soon to be wife left out of state with child

My girlfriend and I live together for over a year we have a beautiful baby boy almost 8 months we were about to seperate so I told her to find a smaller apartment that I could afford while she found a job instead she called her parent and moved to Iowa. What are my rights I want my child here with me I gave 110% to this I worked hard to support my family she is also pregnant again I allowed her to take everything in our bank account so that he does stay without.

Re: My soon to be wife left out of state with child

If the mother of your child is pregnant with your child and you send her out of the house, don't expect her to be overly friendly. The action you need is a suit affecting the parent child relationship and you can do that now and once again after the new baby is born if that is yours. With the child out of state, the new residence of the child will shortly be in that state, so you might care to find a lawyer there. You might also discuss the matter with the attorney general. A private attorney will not even be close to inexpensive in this matter.
