Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and I have been married in Texas for over 2 years. She has not yet changed her legal name at work. Does this present any future pitfalls to me as far as 401K or insurance benefits?

No. The changing of a woman's name when she gets married is not even addressed in the family code. It's just an old custom.
