Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and I have been married less then 3 years and plan to divorce. I do not have any children under 21. However, my wife has two children from a previous marriage. One is 12 and the other is 17. We live in the State of Texas?

Do I have any legal obligation to the children?

In a divorce, you will not have to pay child support on children that are not yours. Child support will be calculated on children from the marriage that are yours or which you have adopted while you were married to the spouse you are divorcing.

The previous answer is correct, but the judge can take into consideration your wife's financial responsibilities when dividing your community estate.
