Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife has gone off her meds for bi-polar. She has our two boys living with her right now. My neighbors and my self are EXTEMELY concerned for their safety. She has broken into the house and pawned just about everything. She is unstable. What can I do to get custody of the boys. We are still married and have not filed seperation or divorce papers yet.
