Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My wife wants to move to another state and take my 4 year old daughter with her. Can she do that without my permision?

Yes. If you are no longer going to be married then you need to immediately file for divorce and ask for temporary orders and ask for a judge to order that the child to ordered to remain in your county.
Your wife can live where she wants. However, you will ask the judge to order the child to remain close so that you can see her on a regular basis. If your wife wants to move away then then you retain custody.
