Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife moved our infant son 150 miles away without telling me. I have since filed for divorce. We have the temporary custody hearing next week. Will they make her move back due to the age of my son? She tried to get me to waive my parental rights 2 weeks after she left.

They will probably limit the residence of the child to your county during the pendancy of the matter. They can't order her to return, but they can order her to return the child.
