Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex- wife moved last June with my three children about 52 miles away from me and I never get to go to any school related activities or there sports and on my Thursdays I am to have them for 2 hours from 6-8 and with the hour drive there and back I do not even get to spend anytime with them. In our divorce it states that there are not geographical restrictions, she has told the kids that they are moving again how or can I get that changed so she does not take them further away and can I get it so she will have to move closer with them so I get my time back with them and can be involved in there school functions and sports?

You can't get a court order to force her to move closer to you.

You can, however, ask a court to modify the decree to provide for some kind of geographic restriction.
