Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

While my wife and I were moving to Texas, she decided to go back to Utah and file a divorce. Can I get a Texas Lawyer? or do I need a Utah Lawyer? The only contested point is Allimony.

I assume that you and she lived together in Utah, but you never lived as husband and wife in Texas.

You need a Utah lawyer (probably). DON'T FILE AN ANSWER YET if you've been served; talk to a lawyer first.
