Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Can my ex wife keep me from picking my 15 yr old daughter up this weekend, because I won't sit and talk with her new boyfriend?

Take a certified copy of your court order with you. If she won't release the child call the local police, sheriff or constable. At least get a police report along with the officer's name, badge number and phone number. This person might need to be called as a witness.
Follow your court order to the letter. Document what happens. You can take a person willing to be a witness in court with you (friend, relative, co-worker, etc.) They can testify to whatever they observe, hear, etc.
You also need to find an attorney in your county. Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for help.
I hope you are keeping a diary of what's going on.

Attorney Brochstein has given you an accurate, complete answer. Her advise to you is excellent. As she stated, your best option is to follow the court orders and hire an attorney (if you don't have the income to hire, look for a local legal aid service). Good luck.
