Wife puts husband through school, husband starts making good money and leaves wi

I know Texas is limited. Please help with any add'l ideas that may apply in Texas. What can I do to keep all assets and make him pay continued spousal support. Also, any ideas on how to legally hold the 3rd party accountable for the break up of a 20 year marriage. I'll take anything,it seems hopeless. How can he just walk away expecting 50% of something he did not morally or financially invest in. I have character wtnesses and proof of adultery. Please help?

With findings of fault, a judge may award more than the typical 50/50 split. So while you may not persuade a judge to award you 100% of the assets, you may be entitled to more than 50%. In addition, you may qualify for spousal support (aka alimony) because you were married for the requisite amount of time.
