Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex wife has recently filed a warrant for back child support but i have been making payments I still owe for back child support but i have been paying what i owe, i had switched jobs and missed about month but havnt missed since than, she has now told me tryed to drop the warrant but the judge will not let her asnd told her i had to sit in jail. Is tis true & what can i do about this situation?

If all you missed was one payment, then just pay it. The best way to avoid trouble is pay off the arrearage (including interest) prior to trial date. If I were you, I would borrow money from any source that I could (family, friends, 401(K), credit cards) and sell any items I could to raise the money and just pay it off. If you have done absolutely everything possible to pay it off, you are not going to be found in contempt and sent to jail. But you must do EVERYTHING and be able to show the court all that you did.
