Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello. My wife recently left me for another man. She took our kids with her and is living with this man. Can I enforce the morality clause to restrict the kids from having to live in that mans home ? Or do I have no options?

I am not sure what you mean by a morality clause. Until there is a court order, your wife can as a parent, can take the kids whereever she wants. You can get a court order by fling for divorce or by file a Suit Affecting the Parent Child Relationship. The courts decision will deal with child custody and child support among other issues. Your lawyer can argue that the children should not be living in the other man's house. That argument may or may not be successful. If your wife violates the order, you can hire an attorney to file a motion to enforce the order.
