Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and I are seperated, she moved with my children out of the state they were living. I know they moved to lakeworth, Florida. But she won't give me an address to send presents for birthdays and holidays. What can I do to get the address. There is no custody order and I pay child support. We lived in Pennsylvania when we were together. After our desperation I moved to Texas to better my opportunities.

If you left Pennsylvania over 6 months ago, then you don't file there.

You can file in Texas if you are considered a Texas resident but since the children are in Florida the best place to file would probably be Lakeworth, Florida.

Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for a family law attorney to help you.

I hope this information has been helpful.
