My wife and I are seperated and she will not let me see my kids. My divorce papers are filed but no court order yet. What can I do?

You need to immediately hire an attorney in the event that you have not done so. You need to make sure that there is a temporary order hearing scheduled as soon as possible. There is probably nothing you can do until a hearing unless the respective attorneys can agree to access prior to the hearing. I know that this is frustrating, but I have advised many clients to consider the short term vs. long term issues involved in this question. It is better to suffer through a few weeks of not having any access in order to insure that between the hearing and the time that the child or children turn 18 and get out of high school that your wife understands that it is the Court that will dictate access and visitation and not her alone. She can only see the impact that the current situation has on you (which she probably enjoys), but she is totally ignoring the impact on the children.
