We have agreed to what we each can have but what happens to the house. I want them to have a place to live. If I move out, I will not be able to afford a place of my own. How does this work?

Unfortunately, one of the results of divorce or separation is that both spoused become poorer.
If after paying child support and alimony, you cannot afford a place of your own, perhaps you are paying too much in spousal and child support.
The purpose of alimony is to help your wife get into a position where she can support herself. In Texas alimony is limited to a a few years in most cases.
You should consult a family law attorney to see if what you have agreed to is consistent with the law.
