Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex wife wont allow me to speak to my children on Tues, Thurs, Sun and holidays. I always call at the same time and am consistent. I don't owe her any money but she still insists that I do and therefore wont let me talk to my kids on my nights. What should I do, she is beyond talking to anymore.

It sounds like you can file contempt on her.

You can ask the judge to order her to pay some of your attorney fees as a form of punishment for having to file contempt on her.

PS - not paying child support is NOT grounds for not allowing access to the children!
