Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and are are strating the process of divorce. She is leaving our home on her own accord, and wants to take our daughter with her. If I allow my child to leave our homestead, will this affect me in court? There are no issues of vice, abuse or infidelity, just differences.
