Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex wife terminated her rights and now I am having problems with one of our daughters and my ex want to see if she comes to live with her and her new husband if they can help her? So how can we reverse this?

You cannot reverse a termination of parental rights. I'm sure that the time that the judge granted this that the judge explained that this was a very serious legal proceeding and to think about it seriously before moving forward.

If the ex wants to be a mother, she would have to file a legal pleading to "adopt" her child. Or, she could go back to court and ask to be added as a custodian for the child. You will be in the same court again with the same judge probably. I don't know if the judge would re-instate any parental rights for the ex.

You need to meet with an attorney in your county to discuss this matter.
