hi my wife is wanting a divorce we have been married 3 yrs have two boy one two the other 8 mths she says she leaving and taking them back to her native country guatemala can she take the kids with out my permition?

You need an attorney NOW!

You need to file for divorce and ask for temporary orders so that she cannot remove the children outside the US.

I'd be in an attorneys office Monday.

I'm not taking new cases since my mom is sick.
