Wife wants wedding ring back after returning
My soon to be ex wife is demanding her wedding ring back, after she returned it to me a few days ago. If it is in my lawful posession, because she returned it to me, does it become my property and do I have a legal obligation to give it back to her because she changed her mind? There is a large bill in my name for the ring as well.

Well, there is the legal answer and the practical answer. If she gave it to you, then it is yours now. HOWEVER, you will have to prove that to the satisfaction of the judge. What will be the cost in legal fees to establish that? You may be able to get her to assume the debt for the ring. If it were my client, I would look for a cheaper solution to the problem.
