Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My wife of 25 years left me and our daughter for another woman. The house and property is in her name but my son and I paid for over 2/3 of it. She has told ouor daughter I wanted the divorce, which isn't true and she has never told me she wanted a divorce but I believe she is going to do so. What rights do I have since she left the house and came back and packed up all of her stuff?

You need to immediately consult with a family law attorney. You have a complicated divorce. You have been married for a long time. Just because she left you for a woman is not really relevant. Hopefully you and your son have the paperwork to prove that you paid for the house.
