My wife of three years left with our two year old girl she has moved several times afterwards new deal tx two weeks texline tx two weeks clayton nm five months and now is in dalhart tx two weeks I live in goldthwaite tx where we where married and lived do I need to file in my county and she comes to my county for court or do I have to file an go to her county for court
