wife's rights

If the husband moves out of the residence and his VA check is still coming to the address can the wife get in trouble if she deposits the check in her checking acct, the same acct they have been using for 14 yrs for all their money and she uses the money to pay their bills. Since they were over $50.000 in debt at the time he moved out. Can the husbanf file any charges against her and have her put in jail?

Good heavens, lady. The check is not yours. Forgery is a felony, and it is not an excuse that there is community debts of $50,000. I hope you haven't been depositing those checks.
