will i have custody of my child and receive any money from a business my wife is a partner with me in if i divorce her for cheating on me

Courts determine child custody based upon what they determine to be the best interest of the child. Property acquired during a marriage such as a business is presumed to be community property which is divisible upon divorce. Normally community property is divided evenly. Community property may not be divided evenly upon a showing of fault, such as adultery.
