Will -
Does an executer of a will have the
ability to make any changes to the
will itself. Specifically... If a parent
left an amount of money to all three
of her children and one of the
children is the executer... would
that person be able to keep the
money in the will from one of the
children???

Possibly, very rarely, not likely depends on totality of the circumstances. This question is very difficult to answer without quoting the Wills & Probate law school text. If this issue is important to you get a lawyer.
