Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I will be filing for divorce from my husband in Texas. In order to afford a place to move, I had to leave the county in which he and I had lived for the past 4 years. I have been living with a friend in another county since I left (2 weeks) and will be moving into an apartment this week. Will I have to file my divorce petition in the county in which I moved to or can I still file in the county I just left? And will I have to wait 60 days after moving to the new county to file?

In order to file, you must have been a resident of the county where you file for 90 days before the filing date. However, if your husband has not moved, he can file in the county where he lives.
